We understand that fitness knows no schedule so is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can get your workout in when your busy schedule allows.

In the training area, you’ll notice we are equipped with 13 different brands of state of the art equipment that you won’t find at other gym in the area, inclduing Hammer Strength, Startrac, Nautilus, and more. Get your cardio in with a run on our treadmills, climb our stair-steppers, or work it out on our ellipticals. Our dumbbells aren’t the regular

After your workout, rinse off in our full locker rooms and grab a custom shake from our protein bar on the way out.

Meet ROSE BRUNNER


Rose Brunner PHGA Trainer

Rose Brunner is a Powerhouse Gym Personal Trainer, IFBB Physique Pro, nutrition consultant, lifestyle coach, competition prep coach and mother of two. 

Her career in health and fitness began with her mother who was an aerobics instructor and emphasized the importance of good eating habits and exercise. Then, in 1989, she competed in her first women’s bodybuilding and mixed pairs competition. She is certified through ISSA and is currently working on getting her nutrition certification.
